We engineer without cobalt and avoid lithium-ion where possible. By using hybrid supercapacitors and ethical supply chains, we remove dependency on harmful mining while delivering high performance and safety. General power banks are manufactured using cobalt, which is mined by workers labouring in slave-like conditions in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Approximately 70% of the world's cobalt is mined from this region.
