This website does not use cookies.

None at All

No cookies are set by this site, by anyone else through it, or by the contact form. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel, no tag manager and no social media embed. Nothing is written to your browser's storage, so nothing about your visit follows you to the next site or is still here when you come back.

That is also why you have not been asked to accept anything. A banner asking permission for cookies that do not exist would be theatre.

The One Thing Loaded from Elsewhere

The typefaces come from Google Fonts rather than from our own server. Your browser asks Google for the font files, which means Google's servers see your IP address and your browser version, as any server does when it sends you a file. Google Fonts sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.

If you would rather not request anything from Google, a content blocker will stop it. The site is built so that it still reads correctly in your browser's own typeface.

The Contact Form

Sending the form does not set a cookie either. To stop the form being abused to send bulk mail, our server briefly keeps a one-way scrambled version of the sending IP address and the times it was used, for one hour. That lives on our server, not on your device. It is described in full in our privacy notice.

If This Changes

If we ever add something that does use cookies — analytics, an embedded video, a chat widget — we will ask you first and this page will say so before it happens.
